Zoology Association
conducted an awareness programme in connection with ozone day on 16th
September 2014. Association organized an invited talk on the focal theme of the
year 2014 ‘Ozone layer protection: The mission goes on’ by Dr. P. I. Kuriakose,
HOD, Department of Physics, St. Peter’s college, Kolenchery. Students designed
and exhibited posters/placards depicting the effects of Ozone depletion on the
environment and the importance of protecting the Ozone layer.
